1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GTM OS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

GTM OS is an AI-powered go-to-market platform. We provide playbook generation, task tracking, health scoring, pipeline CRM, and related tools to help you plan and execute your go-to-market strategy.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. One account per person — you may not share accounts or create multiple accounts for the same individual. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Free Trial

GTM OS offers a 5-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, your data is preserved but access will be restricted until you upgrade to a paid plan.

5. Paid Plans

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All prices are in USD. We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice sent to your registered email address. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the platform to third parties
• Upload malicious content, spam, or anything designed to disrupt or harm the service

7. AI-Generated Content

GTM OS uses AI to generate playbook content and recommendations. All AI-generated content is provided as-is, with no guarantee of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for validating AI outputs before acting on them. AI-generated content does not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice.

8. Intellectual Property

GTM OS owns its platform, design, and underlying code. You retain ownership of your playbook data and content. By using GTM OS, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you an opportunity to export your content.

10. Limitation of Liability

GTM OS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Indian law. Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve disputes. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 30 days of written notice.
